Professional Activities

I am the Chief Human Resources Officer at Hamilton Miller & Birthisel (HM&B), where I lead the firm's people strategy, talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, total rewards, and HR technology initiatives. I am also the Founder and Principal Consultant of Bussey Consulting Group.

As a certified Human Resources executive, I bring more than 20 years of experience in human resources, management, and operations across higher education, consulting, healthcare, technology, distribution, and legal services. I have a proven track record of applying practical business solutions to transform individuals, teams, and organizations, with a strong focus on innovation, action, and results. I am passionate about developing people, building high-performing cultures, and helping organizations create a solid foundation for sustainable growth.

I hold a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Florida International University and maintain the SPHR, GPHR, and SHRM-SCP professional certifications. As an FIU alumna, I am committed to developing future leaders and advancing the HR profession through education, mentorship, and strategic leadership.
