Veronika Cieslak is a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at the Adam Smith Center for Economic Freedom and the Department of International Business at Florida International University. Her research focuses on strategic management under conditions of technological disruption — examining how firms and institutions adapt their competitive strategies, governance structures, and global operations in response to AI and digital transformation.

Her doctoral research on institutional responses to digital disruption earned her an invitation as a guest expert on Spanish National Television (RTVE – Economy) and was featured in ABC, one of Spain's most widely read national newspapers. Her scholarship explores how firms and institutions build resilience, reconfigure competitive strategies, and sustain performance as AI reshapes industries, regulatory environments, and global market structures.

Grounded in international business and strategy, her research bridges rigorous empirical analysis with actionable insights for business leaders, policymakers, and global organizations confronting the strategic realities of technological change.
