Graduate business programs earn top spots in leading international university rankings.

Several FIU Business MBA and specialized master’s programs have been ranked among the world’s best in the QS World University Rankings, one of the most closely watched international university rankings. The Professional MBA Online program was ranked No. 5 in the U.S. and No. 10 in the world in the rankings, released September 17. This is the fifth consecutive year that the FIU Business program has been ranked among the top five in the U.S.

Two FIU Business specialized master's programs also earned top 10 spots in the QS rankings. The Master of Science in Logistics and Supply Chain Management was ranked No. 6 in the U.S. and the Master of Science in Marketing was ranked No. 9. The rankings place the FIU Business Full-time MBA program at No. 51 among U.S. MBA programs for the second year in a row.

The QS World University Rankings are based on a survey of employers who select schools they prefer to hire from, as well as a survey of professors and other academics who name schools which they believe are the strongest in each subject area. Other ranking factors include the 10-year return on investment for graduates, the academic reputation of the institution, and student and faculty diversity, among others.
