Brian Kalish

Brian Kalish is former executive director of Global FP&A Practice at the Association for Finance Professionals (AFP), the professional society that administers the Certified Treasury Professional and Certified Corporate FP&A Professional credentials, which set standards of excellence in finance. At the association, Kalish envisioned and led the effort to promote and successfully launch the Financial Planning & Analysis Professional designation.

He has more than 25 years of experience in finance, FP&A, treasury and investor relations. Prior to joining AFP, he held several treasury and finance positions with FHLB, Washington Mutual/JP Morgan, NRUCFC, Fifth Third and Fannie Mae. Kalish is an expert-in-residence (EIR) at eCapital Advisors, based in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Passionately committed to building and connecting the global FP&A community, he continues to host FP&A roundtables and events in North America, Europe, Asia and South America. In addition to his robust consulting and advisory practice, Kalish is also a widely published writer. He speaks all over the world addressing many of the most topical issues facing treasury and FP&A professionals today.
