Brandon Molina
Brandon Molina is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with extensive expertise in process improvement, analytics, and executive reporting. With a Master’s in Health Administration from the University of Miami, Brandon combines academic excellence with hands-on experience to drive operational efficiency and performance improvement across industries.
Molina began his career managing process improvement projects for small to midsize businesses, gaining a strong foundation in Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Building on this experience, he refined his analytical and executive reporting skills while serving as a Business Process Analyst at United Health Group.
Currently, Molina works as a Process Improvement Engineer at Holy Cross Hospital, collaborating with hospital executives to optimize the Operating Room's performance and improve key metrics. His work includes consulting OR executives in implementing sustainable process changes that deliver measurable results and creating automated reports.
As the instructor for the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification course, Molina brings a wealth of real-world experience and a passion for teaching. He is dedicated to equipping students with the skills needed to identify inefficiencies, implement solutions, and lead process improvement initiatives in his organizations.
In addition to his professional and teaching roles, Molina operates Gerar Consulting Group, a Miami-based business consulting company specializing in business analytics, process improvement, and report automation for small businesses.
