Most organizations are experimenting with AI. Few can consistently move from pilots to repeatable outcomes. FIU's AI Execution: Product-Led and Value-Driven Certificate Program focuses on a product-led approach empowering you to select the right opportunities, scope them responsibly, validate impact quickly and scale what works.

Our program positions you at the forefront of AI transformation by teaching you to think like product leaders at successful tech companies. You will learn the DRIVE® methodology: Discover high-impact opportunities, Refine viable use cases, Implement solutions that scale, Validate measurable impact and Evolve capabilities into an operating system for continued results.
