Janine has more than twenty years of experience developing IT strategies, system integration, and management solutions for Fortune 500 enterprises. As a Senior Director in KPMG’s Advisory practice, she have had the pleasure of working with clients around the country as they contemplate transformational initiatives.

Janine has a successful track record specializing in project management, systems deployment, and leveraging technology to improve clinical and business processes, while enhancing operational success and financial performance to achieve successful outcomes. Her key strengths include strategy planning, technology integration, leadership of an enterprise-wide IT department, system implementation, change management, and vendor management. Janine created the first Program Management Office at the University of Miami and have managed the deployment of Clinical and Financial systems for more than 100+ successful client implementations.

As a Senior Director within the Advisory Practice, Janine’s role is to increase brand awareness, and market share of KPMG Advisory Services into the Southeastern United States. Services include large-scale transformational projects focusing on the convergence of business models in a collaborative and integrated healthcare delivery environment. Janine manages a portfolio of key accounts orchestrating the deployment of firm-wide resources to provide comprehensive services and solutions.
