Dean Vanderkley is the Senior Manager of Information Security Compliance for Spirit Airlines, a South Florida based ultra-low-cost carrier serving the US, Caribbean, and Latin America. Dean has spent 30 years in Information Technology and Cyber Security in many diverse roles.
He is originally from western Canada where he began his career in the 90’s doing a broad range of IT roles ranging from programmer to database administrator. In early 2000 he and his wife moved to south Florida where he has lived ever since as a leader in IT, Cyber and Information Security Governance/Risk/Compliance at Fiserv and World Fuel Services prior to coming to Spirit Airlines in April of 2021.
