Our Miami location lets students enjoy the international, urban, and ethnic richness of the area's diverse culture. It also places us in a major center of technology, finance and international commerce, travel and tourism, international banking and real estate, and a growing cable television and entertainment industry.
Our faculty of 100+ scholars and business leaders, representing 38 nationalities, includes internationally known experts in international business, information technology strategy, operations research, knowledge management, e-business, entrepreneurship, real estate, international banking and trade, consumer marketing, customer relationship management, global marketing, and corporate responsibility. They offer a wealth of research and teaching experience and practical business savvy.
A fifth of more than 50,000 of our alumni own their own businesses. Some 70 percent work in Florida, in organizations that collectively represent a major part of the state's economy, and a large number work for international or multinational firms.
