How Our Program Works
Fall (August) start
- Classes held in the main, Modesto Maidique Campus, for the entirety of the program
- Class Schedule: Friday evenings from 5:30-10pm and on Saturdays from 9am-2pm
- Choice between Financial Managementand International Banking Specialization courses during the last semester
Spring (January) start
- Classes held at our Brickell facility, for the entirety of the program
- Class Schedule: Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5:30-10pm

Program Highlights
- Acquire a strong base of knowledge in finance covering financial theory, strategy, methodologies, analysis, and practices
- Use the latest technology and financial software to conduct financial analyses, valuation analyses, derivative pricing and risk management, securities trading portfolio management, bank management, and merger analysis.
- Learn from top-ranked, full-time faculty, including two CFA®-designated professors. Our PhD faculty offers specialized banking, financial risk management, portfolio management, corporate financial decision making, and fixed income expertise.
- Cohort based, lock-step structure. You'll begin the program at the same time as your peers and progress through the curriculum together. Build strong relationships that last throughout the program and beyond.

- Enjoy streamlined "no red tape" registration and personalized attention at every step
- Students will become Bloomberg Certified and familiarize themselves with finding data and market information using Bloomberg. MSF students will have access to Bloomberg terminals and the Bloomberg Lab.
