Weronika Cieslak is a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at the FIU Adam Smith Center and the Department of International Business. Her research examines how organizations and institutions build resilience and adaptability in global markets, contributing to the fields of international business, strategic management, and institutional resilience.
During her doctoral studies, Weronika’s research on institutional responses to digital disruption gained national visibility in Spain, featured on Spanish National Television (RTVE – Economy) and covered by ABC, one of the country’s leading newspapers. Her work sheds light on how organizations strengthen resilience, mitigate risks, and sustain competitive advantage amid technological, regulatory, and market shifts.
