Rosangel Quintero is a Program Director at Florida International University (FIU) College of Business, Office of Executive & Professional Education in Miami, where she leads the design and delivery of high-impact executive education programs for global audiences.
With over 17 years at FIU, Rosangel has developed a strong portfolio at the intersection of innovation, digital transformation, leadership, and business strategy, partnering with senior executives and organizations to curate learning experiences that translate insight into measurable performance. Her work spans topics such as luxury management, executive presence, consulting skills, digital transformation strategy, entrepreneurship, and artificial intelligence.
Rosangel has collaborated with leading corporations and institutions across the Americas and Europe, including Banco Guayaquil, Porsche Latin America, Baptist Health, and Coca-Cola, as well as public-sector partners such as the City of Miami Beach and City of Miami Fire & Rescue.
