Joshua Habursky is the Chief Executive Officer of the Premium Cigar Association. The Premium Cigar Association (PCA) is the leading authority and advocate for the premium cigar and pipe retailer industry. Founded in 1933 as the Retail Tobacco Dealers of America, the PCA is the largest, most active, and longest-running trade association representing and assisting premium tobacco retailers, manufacturers, and partners in the industry. Josh is also an Adjunct Professor at the Graduate School of Political Management at George Washington University teaching both State and Federal Lobbying.
Josh received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Washington & Jefferson College, a Master of Arts in American Government from Georgetown University, and a Certificate in Business and Political Economy from the London School of Economics. He is pursuing a Doctorate of Business Administration with a Hospitality Concentration at the FIU College of Business. Aside from teaching and his day job, Josh is an investor/partner in several hospitality venues including five taco and tequila bars, a sports bar, and an Italian restaurant and wine bar all in Northern Virginia outside of Washington, DC.
