Deepak Ohri

Deepak Ohri, the visionary founder and CEO of Luxury Atelier Maison Happiness (LAMH), has earned global recognition as an award-winning entrepreneur, reshaping the luxury hospitality landscape on an international scale.

Central to Ohri’s success is his distinctive approach to luxury and hospitality, positioned around the creation of enduring emotional experiences for guests. This philosophy, pioneered by Ohri, has become a pervasive trend throughout the industry. Notable milestones include the establishment of the world's highest rooftop restaurant, the attainment of two 2 Michelin stars, the introduction of the vertical destination concept, and the orchestration of The Million Baht Dinner—an acclaimed dining experience recognized as the world's most expensive.

In addition to his business ventures, Ohri authored "A Bridge Not Too Far - Where Creativity Meets Innovation," a book that examines the significance of focus, self-respect, and strategic thinking based on his personal journey. The book has been adopted as instructional material for management and marketing courses at the college level.

Ohri is also credited with the creation of the Ohri Luxury Index (OLI), a tool that measures emotional luxury brand value. The OLI received the Best of the Best 2023 award from Robb Report Thailand. In addition to his role as Executive in Residence in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the Pino Global Entrepreneurship Center, Ohri serves as Chairman of the Executive Board and Board Member for CIBER (Center for International Business and Education) at the College of Business at Florida International University. His contributions also include co-designing and co-creating a groundbreaking Luxury Incubator MBA course—the first of its kind at the Graduate School of Business at Florida International University. Furthermore, he co-created The Experiential Immersion by Deepak Ohri, a program based on experiential learning designed for the Faculty Professional Development Program in International Business in collaboration with the Pino Global Entrepreneurship Center and CIBER.
