Antoine Corinthios is a distinguished leader in luxury hospitality, whose five-decade career has shaped some of the most iconic hotels and brands in the world. His guiding philosophy has remained consistent throughout: deliver the highest quality experience to guests, build organizations where employees are proud to work, and create enduring long-term value for owners and investors.
Antoine’s journey in hospitality began in 1968 at The King Edward Sheraton in Toronto while completing his Bachelor’s degree. The experience ignited his passion for the industry and led him to roles with Hyatt International in Toronto and New York. In 1977, he accepted a senior role with a fledgling luxury hotel chain—Four Seasons—then operating only a handful of properties in Canada and London. Over the next 35 years, he would help shape the company’s evolution into one of the most revered brands in global luxury hospitality.
During his first twenty years at Four Seasons, Antoine focused on property and regional operations, developing a deep and nuanced understanding of what drives the performance of a luxury hotel. He held direct responsibility over several flagship properties, including The Pierre and Four Seasons New York, as well as Four Seasons Chicago and The Ritz-Carlton Chicago—two complex mixed-use developments integrating hotel, residences, and retail. He was also instrumental in launching Four Seasons Hotels in Tokyo and Singapore, which contributed to the brand’s strategic expansion in Asia.
In 1997, Antoine transitioned from operations into strategic leadership when he was elected President of Four Seasons EMEA, based in Geneva. In this capacity, he led the development of a vision for the region and guided the organization through one of its most dynamic periods of expansion. He oversaw the opening of 33 landmark properties across Europe and the Middle East—including Milan, Florence, Paris, Istanbul, and London—while strengthening service culture, grooming talent, building trust with owners and capital partners, and enhancing brand value.
Antoine played a central role in establishing a balanced and profitable asset base in major European and Middle Eastern cities. He further invested in building a lasting organizational culture rooted in empowerment, service excellence, and the anticipation of guest needs. Fluent in Arabic, French, English, and Italian—with working knowledge of Spanish—he bridged countries, cultures, and capital markets as the brand scaled globally.
After 35 years, Antoine stepped down from Four Seasons at the end of 2012 and founded AGC Hospitality in Chicago in 2013. Through AGC, he advises leading business schools, family offices, private equity firms, hospitality funds, and hotel owners on strategy, development, operations, and organizational leadership.
From 2014 to 2016, he served as Executive Advisor to Rocco Forte Hotels, advising on growth, development, marketing, design, and operations—while acting as a personal advisor to Sir Rocco Forte and the Executive Committee.
Antoine currently serves on the boards of multiple international hospitality investment platforms, including a Luxembourg-based hotel fund specializing in acquisition, development, and repositioning across Europe, and a London-based hospitality investor-operator with assets in India, Europe, and North America.
In 2019, he joined the AMAALA Advisory Board, a visionary luxury tourism development located along the pristine northeastern Red Sea coast of Saudi Arabia and designed to support the country’s Vision 2030 transformation agenda. He was subsequently appointed Chairperson of the AMAALA Advisory Board, contributing to strategy, operations, marketing, development, and the creation of a luxury ecosystem centered on art, culture, wellness, sport, and lifestyle.
