That, in turn, has increased the demand for professionals with the knowledge to build brand awareness and loyalty online, as well as the data skills to analyze target audience social media usage.

This certificate program covers the key concepts and strategies to build both your social media and digital marketing analytics expertise. You’ll study the online strategies used by successful organizations today to shape their business-to-business and business-to-consumer social media programs; target the right Internet user characteristics; and strengthen their relationship management marketing success.

This certificate program offered by the Department of Marketing is open to all FIU degree-seeking undergraduate students and is designed to offer you the opportunity to complement your major field of study with an additional concentration in Social Media and Digital Marketing Analytics.
