Tanya Hlinka

Growing up in northern NJ, as a first generation immigrant from parents who emigrated from communist Czech Republic; I was instilled with discipline and respect for the ability to create a successful life and business. Graduating with a BA in Biology from Rutgers University, 1991; then receiving a Doctorate of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic, Davenport, IA. I practiced in Chicago, Illinois. Opening my own clinic in Delray Beach in 1999; with a mission to fienrich the lives of others, while enhancing their health and well being still translates into the Field of Commercial Real Estate.

I began learning the Commercial Real Estate Field in 2015, growing an incredible industry network, being involved in ICSC events, and expanding my relationships. As I continue to learn, my relationships grew through my ICSC relationships since 2016, inspiring me to go back to school to achieve my MSIRE. I continue my mission to enrich the lives of others, enhancing their well-being through their real estate investment impacting their financial investment, their business, families, and employees.
