Omar Morales

Omar Morales serves as Senior Director on Berkadia’s Investment Sales team, where he plays a pivotal role in shaping South Florida’s evolving real estate landscape. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in more than $3.7 billion in multifamily and land sales, advising institutional owners, private investors, developers and family offices on complex transactions across the region.

Known for his analytical precision and market intuition, Omar is frequently entrusted with exclusive listings, large-scale multifamily dispositions and intricate land transactions. He is particularly adept at navigating nuanced situations – including assemblages, redevelopment sites and condominium buyout opportunities – where strategy, discretion and market timing are critical. His transactional expertise earned him recognition as a “CoStar Power Broker” for the last four years (2021-2024) and he was on Commercial Observer’s 2024 “Power South Florida” list as well.

A respected voice within the industry, Omar is a longtime member of ULI Southeast Florida’s Young Leaders group and a 2025 graduate of its Leadership Institute, joining a select cohort of professionals committed to advancing thoughtful development and regional growth.

Beyond brokerage, Omar is the host of the widely followed podcast Miami Dealmakers, where he conducts candid, in-depth conversations with prominent developers, investors, public officials and visionaries influencing South Florida’s trajectory. Ranked among the top 5% of podcasts globally on Spotify, the platform reaches millions each month across digital channels and offers rare insight into the personalities and strategies behind the region’s most transformative projects.

A graduate of Florida International University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Economics, Omar lives in Brickell and is deeply committed to mentorship and community engagement. He actively supports initiatives that provide education, exposure and career pathways for emerging real estate professionals and frequently returns to local universities as a guest speaker to share practical insights from the field.
