Manny Diaz is a Development Manager at Green Mills Group, a Florida-based developer and long-term owner of affordable and workforce housing communities.
He is involved in all phases of the development process, from acquisition and due diligence through financing, design, permitting, construction, and asset stabilization. His role includes coordinating multidisciplinary project teams, evaluating development opportunities, structuring financing, and helping guide projects from initial concept through completion.
Manny earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Finance from Florida International University and later completed FIU’s Master of Science in International Real Estate (MSIRE) program. He remains actively engaged with FIU’s real estate community today. Prior to joining Green Mills Group, he built a foundation in residential operations and project management.
Outside of work, Manny enjoys free diving, fishing, outdoor activities with friends, and exploring personal real estate investment opportunities.
