Lorenzo Perez, Jr.

Serial Entrepreneur. Founder/CEO of I3 Technology, LLC, with a demonstrated history of working in technology consulting and web development with specialization in Blockchain. Also as CEO of Premier International Properties with a demonstrated history of working in the real estate industry. He complements his hands-on experience with a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Finance and Marketing from the University of Miami and his Master’s degree in International Real Estate from Florida International University (FIU). Currently Lorenzo is acting Chairman of the FIU School of Business Alumni Board and is on the Dean’s Council Board in addition to being past President of the FIU Real Estate Alumni Affinity Council.  Outside of his professional life, he is actively involved in philanthropic drives. Additionally, not only does he volunteer with Camillus House, but he also takes part in an annual 4-day medical mission to Mindo, Ecuador. He currently resides in Coral Gables with his wife Kristine and three boys.
