Jared Robins
A third-generation Floridian, Jared Robins has worked in retail real estate since 2017. Having begun his career during a precarious time for traditional retail, Jared has worked with clients through a rapidly changing retail landscape, giving him a unique perspective of the industry. Despite the inevitable change in retail clientele, Jared believes that the function of advisors is as important as ever. To that end, Jared’s goal is to deliver a personalized real estate experience that relies on market knowledge, local relationships and tech insights.
Jared joined RKF in 2017, a New York-based retail real estate brokerage and investment firm, which was acquired by Newmark Group, Inc. in 2019. Jared moved back to South Florida in 2020 and has focused on the South Florida retail market since.
Jared is a licensed to practice real estate in both Florida and New York, an active member of the ICSC, and a proud member of the FIU Hollo School of Real Estate Council. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan.
Jared has worked with numerous retailers including LIK Fine Art, Lids, Nimbus, NIU, Les Moulins La Fayette, Preview, and Sally Beauty, just to name a few. He has also facilitated deals for many regional and national landlords including Turnberry, Brookfield Properties, SL Green, ASG Equities, United American Land, Takenaka Corporation, Scott Robins Companies, Elion Partners, Tessler Developments, and The Lam Group.
