Evan Lee Butters

Mr. Butters is an Acquisition & Investment Analyst at Greenstreet Partners assisting in the sourcing and underwriting potential investments. He provides financial analysis in support to the financing, acquisition, marketing, and leasing of potential transactions. Furthermore, he supports the asset management team by creating analysis materials and reports which are used to evaluate current investments within the portfolio.

Prior to joining Greenstreet, Mr. Butters worked in a variety of roles across a wide range of employers. While in university, he worked at firms such as Principal Real Estate Investors, Marcus & Millichap, and Cushman & Wakefield. In his free time, Mr. Butters enjoys exercising, working on expanding his charity event (Biking for Ben), and traveling.

Mr. Butters graduated from The University of Alabama in 2017 with a B.S in Finance and a minor in Real Estate. Furthermore, in 2019, he graduated from Florida International University with an M.S. in International Real Estate.
