Eldon is a commercial real estate finance executive with nearly 20 years of experience in non-bank lending, asset management, and broker relations. As VP of Sales at Gradient Mortgage Capital, he drives strategic growth and product innovation in private lending.
Previously, Eldon spent nine years at Silver Hill Funding in leadership roles including Regional Manager and Sales Director, where he developed loan programs for small-balance CRE and DSCR investors across multifamily, retail, warehouse, mixed-use, and other commercial assets. Earlier, as Senior Commercial Asset Manager at Bayview Asset Management, he oversaw portfolio of performing, non-performing, and REO assets.
A Rutgers alum and Phi Gamma Delta member, Eldon is passionate about making commercial finance more accessible and supporting FIU’s mission to connect academic excellence with industry expertise.
