Camilo E. Padron

Camilo Eduardo Padron is the Head of Asset Management at Landmark Companies, a real estate development and operating firm based in Aventura, Florida. Mr. Padron currently overseas and manages all assets in the portfolio and prospects new development opportunities across the United States. Camilo joined Landmark in November of 2020.

Previously Mr. Padron was the Director of Capital Markets at Janover Ventures, an advisory firm which leverages technology and digital media for commercial real estate finance. Starting as an analyst and quickly being promoted twice, Mr. Padron lead and oversaw all capital markets efforts at Janover. Specifically, arranging debt and equity for multifamily and commercial real estate assets with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, CMBS and other Balance Sheet products. Camilo and his team analyzed, submitted letters of intent and closed over $1.5 billion in real estate assets and developments from 2016 to 2020.

Mr. Padron graduated from Florida International University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration in Finance and International Business. Camilo later earned a Master of Science in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate from The University of Miami in 2019.
