Adam Lotterman

Mr. Lotterman is Co-founder, Co-Chief Investment Officer and Lead Economist of Bluerock Fund Advisors (BFA) and serves as Senior Portfolio Manager of Total Income+ Real Estate Fund (TI+). BFA was founded to make institutional investments accessible to all investors and specializes in Interval Funds, of which TI+ is the flagship. BFA additionally has an exclusive partnership with Mercer, an institutional advisory firm with over $11 trillion in assets under advisement.

His prior experience includes serving as Senior Valuation Analyst with Bayview Asset Management, a former hedge fund affiliate of The Blackstone Group focused on distressed real estate debt. Mr. Lotterman also served as Senior Analyst at Goodkin Consulting, the former real estate consulting arm of PWC, where he developed extensive experience in real estate consulting, research and analysis on a national level.

Mr. Lotterman was an Adjunct Professor at Nova Southeastern University where he taught Real Estate Market Analysis in the Masters of Real Estate Development program. He has also been a recurring guest lecturer at Florida International University.

A Florida native, he earned a Master of Science Degree in International Real Estate from Florida International University, where he graduated first in his class, and received his Bachelor’s Degree in microbiology with a minor in chemistry from the University of Florida.
