Victor Garcia

Mr. Garcia is an experienced commercial real estate executive currently serving as the Regional Manager of the Miami office of Marcus & Millichap. In this role, he oversees daily brokerage operations, including recruiting, hiring, training, and developing of agents and staff.

Previously, Victor worked as a managing director at Crexi in their auction division. Prior to that, he was a director at JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has over 16 years of commercial real estate experience. At JLL he focused primarily on multifamily investment sales and advisory throughout South Florida. During his career, he has been involved in more than $1.5 billion in transactions.

Victor has also served as the sales manager at Marcus & Millichap. Prior to that, he worked at Ten-X as a vice president in the Commercial Real Estate Division and was a senior analyst at LNR Property Corporation.
