Rafi Zitvar

Mr. Zitvar is a Principal and one of the founders of Global Fund Investments. The Global group of companies acquires, develops, manages and leases shopping centers, located in various urban US markets. From its inception, Global purchased over 5.5 mm square feet of retail real estate. Its current portfolio is comprised of 30, primarily grocery anchored shopping centers, totaling over 3.0 mm square feet of leasable space, self-owned and self-managed by the group.

Prior to joining Global, Mr. Zitvar served as the Director of Capital Markets of Equity One, at the time a publicly traded retail real estate investment trust that owned and operated over 200 shopping centers consisting of 20 mm square feet of leasable space, located in the Central and South East regions of the US.

Mr. Zitvar holds an MBA with honors from the Wharton School, majoring in real estate and finance, and an MA in Economics and BA in Computer Science and Economics both from Tel Aviv University.
