Julio graduated from Florida International University in 2002 with a degree in Electrical Engineering. Today, he founded and leads Green Label Construction, Inc., a Miami-based general contracting firm now entering its 18th year. As a licensed General Contractor, Julio oversees commercial and residential projects, from small renovations to multi-million-dollar ground-up builds. His philosophy is simple: bring transparency, clarity, and honesty to an industry that too often lacks them. That commitment has built lasting relationships with owners, architects, and trade partners across South Florida. His engineering training at FIU still shapes how he solves problems.
Outside of work, Julio is a devoted husband and the father of two teenagers. He enjoys fishing, boating, snow skiing, golf, car culture, travel, and staying active through health and fitness, embracing everything life has to offer. He is eager to give back to the university that helped launch his career.
