Eyal Peretz

Eyal is a founder of Fuse Group Investment Companies, a real estate investment and private lending company based in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Eyal serves as CEO of Fuse Group, overseeing all aspects of the group’s operations, including acquisitions, repositioning and development on the real estate side and capital raising, origination and underwriting on the private lending side.

Eyal has extensive experience in the real estate industry with over 20 years of involvement as a real estate entrepreneur and investor and extensive expertise as a lender. Throughout his career, Eyal was directly responsible for acquisitions and repositioning of hundreds of commercial and residential properties and structuring over $500 million of real estate debt. Prior to launching Fuse Group, Eyal also founded a real estate tax reduction company where he assisted his clients with real estate tax savings on assessments of more than $250 million.

Eyal holds a BA in Biochemistry and earned his Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Miami. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Florida and holds a mortgage lender license from NMLS.
