Sanjeev K. Saxena

Sanjeev Saxena is a seasoned finance executive with experience in Fortune 500 companies and start-ups across diverse industries like healthcare, insurance, consulting, transportation, and logistics. He has a proven track record of success increasing revenue and profitability through insightful strategic planning and skillful financial management in key leadership and consulting roles. He specializes in cross-linking strategies, objectives, and core operations to propel growth for dynamic organizations. Innovative, versatile, and result-oriented problem-solver with a continuous improvement philosophy, he employes gamification as a tool to approach business challenges and to inspire teams.

Currently, Sanjeev is a Senior Finance Director with Centene Corporation, leading their Specialty Finance team. He partners with the operators and product leads to reinforce operational excellence mindset to improve medical management efficiency and sound decision making for high-acuity and medically fragile members. Previously he advised start-ups on technology strategy and managing global revenue growth. Earlier at Assurant, he provided stewardship, developed processes, and created financial administrative framework during transformational growth phase when customer base grew by 800%+. He has also worked with Accenture and Ryder among others.

He serves as a panel speaker at local educational and industry events, and is a member of the Advisory Board for the industry-leading Master of Science in Finance program at the Florida International University in Miami.
