Argenis Bouza “RG” is a Vice President and Alternative Investment Specialist at iCapital, with deep expertise in hedge fund due diligence, manager selection, and portfolio research. In his current role, he is Heads up iCapital's effort for Alternative Distributions in Latin America and the Southeast region of North America. Prior to joining iCapital, he held investment roles at Santander Private Banking International, ArchPoint Investors, and Garda Capital Partners, where he led efforts in alternative investment strategy and investor relations. RG began his career at J.P. Morgan and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, focusing on hedge fund solutions and strategic advisory. He holds a B.A. in Finance from Florida International University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
