The Master of Science in Information Systems (MSIS) program develops your technical expertise and applied information systems management skills to place you at the forefront of digital transformation, ready to excel in high-level information systems management roles. Our esteemed faculty are recognized for research excellence in business intelligence, databases, project management, knowledge management, machine learning, e-commerce, and cybersecurity. Our graduates are leading in the industry as CIOs, CISOs, IT directors, information security administrators, business analysts, IT project managers, and cybersecurity systems analysts.
The Demand for IS Professionals is Rising
The Information Systems sector is projected to experience a much faster than average employment growth of 15.4 percent by 2031. The increased demand for IT professional and business services is driven by businesses' needs for technical expertise in areas such as IT solutions, cybersecurity, management, marketing research, and other consulting and technical services. Based on the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the median annual wage for computer and information systems managers was $159,010.
