Professional Activities


A global business executive that brings marketing & business development expertise with a strong commercial focus and a relentless curiosity to understand and connect with the customer. Leveraging deep market experience, people management skills and cultural awareness has allowed Alfredo to bring strong sales and brand equity to top global brands such as Sony, Wacom Technology and Manpower Group. 

Alfredo Fuchs is a graduate of FIU with a Masters of International Business. Alfredo comes from a multicultural background having lived and/or worked in Europe, Africa, Asia, Latin America and the US.   

Currently, he is an Adjunct Professor at FIU at the School of International Business and is a guest speaker on international business topics.

Prior to joining FIU, Alfredo has worked as Director of Marketing at Wacom Technology (35-year-old Japanese global leader in Digital Ink technology) creating and executing branding and demand generation strategies throughout Latin America and the Caribbean. He was also the VP for the Latin America and Caribbean market at Right Management Florida (a division of Manpower Group – a $22 billion company) a global leader in talent and career management workforce solutions. His role was working with the Latin American HQ corporations in South Florida.

Prior to joining Right Management, Alfredo worked at Sony Latin America where he was Director for the Mobile Electronics division for Latin America and the Caribbean based in Miami and later the Director at Sony Argentina and finally Country Manager of Sony Ecuador. He brings many years of experience in growing businesses in diverse economic, political and cultural environments.
