I am a certified Human Resources professional with a proven track record of practical business applications to transform individuals, teams, and organizations. I bring over twenty years of human resources, management, and operations experience with a strong desire for speed, innovation, action, and results. I have a passion for the development of people and the facilitation of the HR function for those businesses that want a solid foundation from which to grow. I am a People leader for UKG as well as, the founder and principal consultant for Bussey Consulting Group. I have worked within the public and private sector to include higher education, consulting, healthcare, technology, distribution as well as legal. I have the ability to work effectively with diverse clients in multiple industries and in complex organizations.

I have a Master's in Human Resources Management from Florida International University. I also maintain the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM- SCP) credentials.
