Professional Activities

Before joining Florida International University, Dr. Paul was a dean’s research professor and professor of management at the Rochester Institute of Technology. She is a member of the Eastern Academy of Management, Society for Business Ethics, Academy of International Business, Academy of Management, and International Association for Business and Society. She served as the editor of several books including Current Issues in Business Ethics and Politics, Current Issues in International Business and Society, and Business Environment and Business Ethics: The Social, Moral, and Political Dimensions of Management. She has also written chapters for several other books. Professor Paul’s research has been published in journals such as the Journal of Business Ethics, Business and Society Review, California Management Review, Society 20, NIRA Policy Research 3, International Journal of Value-Based Management, Black Enterprise, Academy of Management Review, and others.
