Professional Activities

Dr. Walter D’Lima is an Assistant Professor in the Hollo School of Real Estate. Previously, Dr. D’Lima has taught at Old Dominion University and The University of Notre Dame, and earned his PhD from The Pennsylvania State University. Dr. D’Lima’s research focuses on commercial real estate, information asymmetry, transaction costs, institutional investment, housing and urban economics.
