John Moses is an executive with leadership experience across the private and public sectors and has a passion for supporting underrepresented entrepreneurs and investors. He has worked in executive and business development roles for startups in the technology, hospitality, and short-term rental sectors in both the United States and internationally. Currently a senior officer at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Moses helped lead SEC operations and administration from the Office of the Chairman and supports capital formation, diversity and investor education initiatives. Moses is a U.S. Navy veteran who was a shipboard division officer and security team leader in Iraq. He holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from Stanford University, where he was commissioned through Navy ROTC, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
