Licette Lendeborg is a faculty member with the FIU College of Business Office of Executive and Professional Education. She brings more than 25 years of experience in the information technology and telecommunications industries, with extensive expertise in project management, Agile methodologies, digital transformation, leadership, and talent development.
Licette holds the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification, as well as the Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) and ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) credentials. Her additional professional credentials include SAFe® (Scaled Agile) and Professional Scrum Master (PSM I). She has also completed studies in Global Leadership in The Bahamas and Cisco Web 2.0 Corporate Social Networks in San Jose, California.
Most recently, Licette served as a Scrum Master for innovation and digital transformation projects at Annata, a Microsoft partner, collaborating with teams in Malaysia, Iceland, and the United States on the development of the Annata Studio 365 software solution. She also served as an Agile Coach at AbacusNext, supporting 26 teams distributed across India, the United States, and Europe.
Previously, Licette held the position of Business Development Manager for the distribution of Cisco Services across Latin America, the United States, and Canada. In this role, she planned, executed, and managed strategic initiatives focused on change management, talent development, innovation, and business agility, with an emphasis on improving profitability, reducing costs, and mitigating business risk.
She was also responsible for the SIS98 migration for Cisco Emerging Markets, a complex global initiative spanning 147 countries across Central Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America, encompassing 26 languages and 13 time zones.
