Licette Lendeborg
Part of FIU Executive Education's team of faculty and instructors, Licette has 25 years of experience in the information technology and telecommunications industry. She is a certified PMP (Project Management Professional) and CPTD (Certified Professional in Talent Development), in addition to being Certified in ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library). She has post-graduate work in functional management and has completed studies in Business Analysis, Global leadership, and Enterprise Social Media (Web 2.0). In addition she recently obtained these four Agile certifications: SAFe 5 Agilist, SAFe 5 Practitioner, Registered Scrum at Scale, and Registered Product Owner (by: Agile Education by Scrum Inc.)
A former Business Development Manager of Cisco services distribution in Latin America, the USA, and Canada, she was responsible for planning, executing, and controlling a group of strategic initiatives oriented to change management, talent development, and organizational transformation. She focused her efforts on increasing sales and reducing costs and risk. Licette was responsible for the development and implementation of the Business Management Model for Vertical Solutions and Information Technology Architectures for Cisco Emerging Markets. This region includes 147 countries, 26 languages and 13 time zones (Central East Europe, Africa-Middle East, and Latin America).
Licette's passion is to mentor and lead the next generation of global professionals by providing professional-development and executive education. She is the CEO and Founder of APL (Agile Professional Learning).
