Adriana Madrinan is an experienced consultant with extensive business exposure and over 18 years of experience in business strategy, business models, and innovation. She has worked for global companies like Starcom Mediavest Group, Monsanto, British Petroleum, and Whirlpool. Moreover, she was the Regional Media Director for Mondelez, Visa, Avon, Mead Johnson, and Brown-Forman for Latin America while working at Starcom MediaVest Group.

As an experienced consultant and coach in business, Adriana has an extensive and diverse background in designing, implementing, and measuring educational programs and workshops. She has worked across large organizations and cross-functional teams at private businesses, associations, and educational institutions like StartUp FIU Local, SBDC at FIU, Community Fund of North Miami Dade, Miami Bayside Foundation, Branches, and Renaissance Executive Forums.

Adriana developed the StartUP FIU Local Incubator Curriculum that became the cornerstone course for the Entrepreneurship Center, where she is the Incubator lead presenter and trainer. Her in-depth understanding of business models allows her to educate business owners and executives and prepare their organizations for the future.

Adriana has a BA in industrial design from Pontificia Javeriana University in Colombia, an MBA with an emphasis on marketing and strategy, and an MS in integrated marketing communications from Loyola University of Chicago.
