Malbelys Gonzalez

A detail-oriented, research-driven, and business development minded individual, Malbelys Gonzalez joined BGI Capital in 2018 with extensive experience as a paralegal. In her prior roles as a Transaction/Commission Coordinator for ONE Sotheby’s International Realty and as a Real Estate Paralegal for Greenberg Traurig, Ms. Gonzalez developed an invaluable proficiency in understanding the intricacies of the commercial real estate market, giving her an adept ability to work closely with her clients to structure the most beneficial capital structure.

As a Commercial Account Executive, Ms. Gonzalez applies her contract negotiation skills and vast administrative experience to all of BGI Capital’s corporate real estate transactions. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Ms. Gonzalez obtained her Paralegal Certificate at the University of Miami and earned her Master of Science in International Real Estate at Florida International University.

Ms. Gonzalez is part of the Sponsorship Committee of St. Jude/ALSAC Miami and sits on the Executive Board of CCIM. Ms. Gonzalez joined the Executive Board of the Real Estate Alumni Affinity Council (REAAC) at Florida International University in 2016 and is currently the President for 2019-2020.
