Mr. Huggett is a director with Newmark based in the Boca Raton office where he specializes in new business generation in addition to the marketing and sale of multifamily properties, land, and the structuring of joint ventures. Since joining Newmark in 2019, he has been involved in the sale of over $8 billion in multifamily assets throughout Southeast and Southwest Florida. He has been responsible for coordinating all aspects of the transaction process including valuations, negotiations, due diligence and closings.

Prior to joining Newmark, Mr. Huggett worked in a variety of roles across a wide range of employers, including project management, property management and founder of Manchester LLC. He has been buying, renovating, renting and flipping homes in South Florida since 2015.

Mr. Huggett received his undergraduate degree from Elon University where he played football and received a B.S.B.A in Finance with a minor in Economics. Furthermore, he graduated from Florida International University with an M.S. in International Real Estate.
