Alejandro Snyder joined Tiktin Real Estate Investment Services (TREIS) in 2017 and specializes in the sale of shopping centers in Florida, single-tenant net leased assets nationally, and office buildings in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties. He works closely with his clients, acting as an advisor and assisting them to maximize their equity by uncovering value in his underwriting, being detail oriented throughout the transactional process, and identifying solutions by employing a creative perspective. Alejandro has participated in the sale of over $150 Million in commercial real estate assets since joining TREIS.

Alejandro began his career in the legal field, serving as the Senior Litigation Paralegal for a law firm in Coral Gables, FL. He then branched out into the finance sector, working for a lending and mortgage-originating firm, focusing on transactions in the secondary market. Alejandro also founded, grew, and later sold a property management company that specializes in the supervision and administration of multifamily and office assets in South Florida.

His diverse experience stemming from the legal, financial, and management fields has thoroughly prepared him to handle the various moving parts of the advisory and brokerage business, allowing him to add value to his clients in a multifaceted approach.
