Minor in Project Management

 Open to all non-BBA in Management Information Systems students

Everyone—at some point in your career—will either be part of a team or lead a team. Project management is about managing people, resources and budgets to ensure projects are completed on-time and on-budget. Strong project management skills give you the edge and are a valuable addition to your career expertise, regardless of your profession. The Project Management minor covers fundamental project management skills, including accounting, business process analysis, and systems analysis and design.

Required Courses

Students are required to complete one of the following courses (3 Credit hours):

  • ACG 3024 Introduction Accounting for Managers and Investors (Non-Business Majors)
  • ACG 3301 Managerial Accounting

Students are required to complete one of the following courses (3 Credit hours):

In addition, students must complete all two of the following courses (6 Credits hours):

*Additional prerequisite for ISM3153 includes MAC 1105
