Most resources used in a business add value - some do not. The resources consumed, such as people, time or equipment, that do not add value should be eliminated. This is the essence of becoming a Lean organization. This will be an interactive workshop that will introduce principles that can be easily understood and applied in the workplace to become a more efficient and effective organization.

This workshop will provide participants with the necessary understanding of the potential wastes that exist in business (some self-imposed) and provide real-world examples of how to address each.
