Wesley Ulloa

Wesley Ulloa is the broker owner of LUXE Properties LLC, an investor, and business/sales coach. Born and raised in Miami, she has more than thirteen years of experience in South Florida real estate. Prior to graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Master's in International Real Estate from Florida International University, Wesley started her real estate career at Fortune International Realty. Wesley worked for over eight years as an agent and specialized in all facets of real estate sales; not limited to but including new development sales, investments, and luxury properties. While at Fortune, she focused on building relationships and creating development deals in the commercial sector, while still maintaining a year-over-year increase in residential sales.

Wesley has played an instrumental part in the explosive growth over the last thirteen years in the South Florida real estate industry. Wesley founded LUXE in 2014. LUXE Properties will soon be surpassing 300 Realtors, and Wesley is the perfect person to lead the brokerage firm to the next level. In the time LUXE has been open, Wesley has overseen the transition of the agency's original office located in Coral Gables, and onto the new flagship offices in Kendall, Miami Lakes, Midtown, and Orlando.

Wesley is active in numerous organizations. She is the President of Miami YPN and a member of NAHREP, MIAMI Association of Realtors and a member of CLHMS Designee. Her thirteen years of experience in the real estate industry compliment her abilities to offer clients a full service brokerage. Her success as the founder of LUXE Properties has given her deep knowledge and understanding on how to guide and educate real estate agents in becoming top producers. Her vision is to guide each agent and to watch them grow to their full potential as experts in real estate.
