Todd Linden
Todd serves as Managing Principal and Co-Chair of Circle Capital Partners Investment Committee. Having transacted more than $3 Billion in multifamily investments, Todd directs Circle Capital Partners acquisition and disposition strategy, capital structuring, financial analysis, business plan creation, evaluation of ongoing portfolio performance, and analysis of potential sale or property refinancing on cash reserves and investor distributions. Todd’s acumen for identifying opportunistic investments, and his strong expertise in raising equity through various investors enables him to consistently lead Circle Capital into successful ventures.
Prior to Co-Founding Circle Capital Partners, Todd Linden served ten years as the Chief Investment Officer for a multi-billion-dollar real estate company based in Miami, Florida. During his tenure, Todd co-chaired the company’s Investment Committee which acquired more than 25,000 apartments throughout the sunbelt states and Colorado.
In 2015, The South Florida Business Journal named him one of their Top 40 Under 40. Todd is a former Board Chairman and 10-year Board of Director for Make-A-Wish Southern Florida. He founded the Foundation’s Make-a-Wish Champions to better attract professionals looking to grow their network while focusing on advancing the foundation’s mission amongst a broader audience. Todd also served on Nova Southeastern University’s Young Entrepreneur Council and Board of Directors for the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce.
Todd received his Bachelor of Science from Florida State University College of Business with a dual major in Finance and Marketing. Beyond his charitable endeavors, Todd greatest passion is experiencing life in its fullest form with his family and friends. Golf, travelling, and food feed his soul.
