Timothy Merriman Jr

With over 14 years of Commercial Real Estate experience, Timothy Merriman Jr has become a leader in the commercial real estate industry, specializing in the sale of investment real estate through the United States.

Before launching in commercial real estate brokerage Mr. Merriman worked for a national lender providing analysis for their REO department, bankruptcy, asset recovery and litigation departments. This has provided him the expertise to support both institutional and private client groups in the acquisition and disposition of a variety of commercial real estate investment opportunities throughout the United States. Roles include client development, product development, negotiation of option, purchase, and sale transactions.

Mr. Merriman holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Shaw University (Raleigh, NC) and Master’s of Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University.

He is an active member of many organizations; South Florida Chapter of National Black MBA Association (Board Member), The South Florida Chapter of the Antique Automobile Club of America (Board Member), The South Florida Chapter of the Rolls Royce Owner’s Club (Member), NAI Global Diversity Council (Member), Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce (Member), Real Estate Executive Council (REEC), Broward County Boys and Girls Club (Volunteer), St. Matthew Masonic Lodge, PHA #670, (Past Master’s degree).
