Nicholas Carreno

Nicholas A. Carreno MSIRE is a results-driven, performance-focused, and detail-oriented real estate professional who has practiced and excelled in multiple facets of real estate. He has practiced both general real estate (resales, short sales, REO Valuations, portfolio management, business opportunities) and is currently specializing in the new home building industry. Nicholas has had the opportunities to work under major homebuilders such as Lennar Homes; Century Communities (Newhomestar contracted) and is currently a sales consultant with D.R. Horton, America’s # 1 Builder.

On a personal, note Nicholas Carreno MSIRE earned his Master’s Degree of International Real Estate from the Hollo School of Real Estate in FIU. Nicholas is also a member of FIU’s Inaugural Football Team 2001-2005.
