Miguel Pinto

Miguel is the Founder, President and Managing Broker of APEX Capital Realty. He has approximately 10 years of experience working within different facets of commercial real estate, including sale, acquisition and leasing of properties within Miami’s urban core. His deep industry knowledge, forward thinking methodology and unique perspective of commercial real estate have earned him a notable reputation among clients and industry leaders and contributed to the firm’s exponential growth in scale, scope and success.

Prior to launching APEX, Miguel worked for various well-known local and global firms where he gained invaluable experience in commercial real estate with deep roots in the local Miami market. During these years he became increasingly interested in emerging markets, and was able to identify and provide unique insight on the next “it” neighborhoods that would impact the industry and enhance communities.

Applying the industry knowledge and expertise he gained in previous roles, Miguel founded APEX Capital Realty in early 2017. His extensive experience has given him a unique perspective into the industry and a clear framework for integrating diverse real estate services within his Miami-based brokerage. Since its inception, Miguel has been directly involved in over 250 deals reaching $225 million in transactional volume.

Under his leadership, APEX has quickly expanded beyond the local market and evolved into a national brokerage offering its services and expertise to major cities all throughout the country. The team has also expanded and is now made up of 20+ real estate experts with over 60 years of combined commercial real estate experience. Their vision and expertise extend well beyond Miami’s urban core and include top metropolitan cities and emerging neighborhoods across the country. Together, the team is able to identify and spur growth in tomorrow’s most promising landscapes for investments.
