A native of Miami, FL, Keva graduated top 10% of her class from Miami Jackson Senior High School, obtained her Bachelor of Applied Science Degree in Business Administration & Management from Broward College and her Masters of Science in International Real Estate from Florida International University. She is also a Miami Boards of Realtor Scholar, Certified Commercial Investment (CCIM) Member Candidate and a Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS® SIOR Foundation Recipient. Keva is one of the first Crypto Certified Pro & Mata Agents and a certification as a Scrum Master. Keva brings a unique blend of expertise to the table. Keva is skilled in consulting with international clients and provides investors with the power to buy and sell both luxury residential and commercial properties: off- market, and on the Multiple Listing Services (MLS) internationally using various types of traditional financing, and/or FIAT (cash).

As an innovative real estate broker, Keva has developed innovative approaches to educate urban communities about financial literacy in which she secured her first major partnership with the Southeast Overtown Parkwest Community Rehabilitation Agency to teach and prepare the residents about the value and importance of financial literacy and homeownership. She also provides real estate consultation services and has served on the Board for Miami Gardens Nuisance and South Dade Chamber of Commerce. Keva is passionate about providing the necessary resources needed to achieve financial sustainability through real estate to live a fruitful life. Currently, Keva is the Chief Real Estate Officer with Miami-Dade County Real Eatate Development Divison.
